Job Description
- Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
- Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
- Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role
- Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
- Be aware of the latest industry trends as a tele sales executive
- Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints
- Job only in Prayagraj Office
Eligibility
- graduate and above will be preferred
- sales online, offline and on site experience
- age under 30 year will be preferred
- 1-2 year experienced in sales will be preferred
Skill & Experience
- Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi
- Typing speed of 25 to 40 wpm
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving skills and verbal and written communication
